DEL RIO SUNROOMS

I had previously used a company also owned by Jean Etchebarren in August of 2015 to install window treatments in my home.  I was so impressed with his recommendations and overall quality when he did my blinds, that I decided to have an enclosed patio added to my house as well.  He came out at a time convenient for me, took measurements, showed me samples and sold me a wonderful room addition.  Del Rio Sunrooms took care of the permitting required by the city, as well as getting the concrete poured.  I dont even consider this patio a patio.  It looks like a room addition.  It is so beautiful my friends are considering getting one at their place now.  It was permitted and installed so fast I couldnt believe it. 
He and his crew were professional and respectful.  They cleaned everything up and made sure none of my landscaping was damaged in the process.  This room is built better than my house!!  :)

Del Rio was not the lowest bid for this project, but they were competitively close to the low bids I acquired. I chose Del Rio over other contractors because the owner, Jean, immediately expressed to me a need to consider quality over price. I appreciated Jean's honesty and his attention to enduring quality. We are extremely pleased with the finished patio cover installed by Del Rio. Both my wife and I agree that the project came out much nicer than we envisioned at the outset. This finished project has truly added a new dimension to our backyard. I highly recommend Del Rio to anyone considering a patio cover or patio room.
