Century 21 Desert Rock

I called an asked for listings on homes, the agent sent about 40 listings, I spent at least an hour going through each one only to find out form the agent that she sent listing which had already been sold only 2 where avail, the agent was insisting I give them a letter of cash funds avail, she was very rude and unprofessional in all aspects she also said she would not show me the homes and then puts me on the phone with another agent to explain why she would not show me any homes, because I had mentioned I would not be paying thousands of dollars above list price... after she was so rude and put me on the phone with another agent I asked the other agent if she would be able to show me a couple of homes she said she was booked. They are just plain rude and very very unprofessional.. i have never in my life had such a negative experience with a company than this let alone an agent.
