Fantastic prompt service, great price, very flexible when we had to reschedule with them do to a delay with another contractor. Had one person install 1300 sqft of carpet in a day and it looks flawless. Beautiful work, would 100% recommend. Susie was wonderful.

The results were disastrous.  The grout was two different colors, and
you could easily see where the pieces were not integrated to give a
uniform appearance to the floor.  The company attempted to blame us for
not providing the instructions.  We have demanded reimbursement for the
flooring, which we paid out of pocket.  We are awaiting a response from
them.

They were friendly and professional.  I was not happy with their punctuality about calling me back and setting up a time, which I found horrible.  They are not really friendly schedule wise.  They did not return my calls until a couple of days later from which they were informed about the work by my insurance company.  When I set up the time for them to come out, I had to move it by half an hour whereas they moved it by two days.  They had to come out on a Saturday but eventually came out that Monday as a result my husband had to take the day off from work since they need a five hour window which was a long time.  When they got here they were very thorough and did a lot of measuring.  They took out the sample of the padding from below the table so that it would not be noticeable.  They were very concerned about how they left my house looking.  They even called me later to tell me what they told my husband just in case I did not get a chance to talk to my husband, which I thought was very nice. They had the estimate ready within two days.   I am not quite sure if I would be going ahead with them for this particular project.
