We have had Best Care clean our now 20-year-old carpet several times since 1996, and have always been very satisfied with the results and service. Carpet color still looks bright and fresh; and I think the care has helped the carpet last a longer time.
He works carefully and thoroughly, finishing in about 4 1/4 hours. After he has cleaned an area, he always sets a floor fan to speed the drying process. He puts pads under the legs or feet of furniture before putting the furniture back in place.
We enjoy that he is always pleasant, courteous and friendly.
