Air conditioner quite working.  We figure it was shot since it was 12 years old.  Door fell off unit in the attic.  They fix it, checked the temp out of the vents.  They didn't try and up sell anything.  Very honest.  They could have said I needed a whole unit etc.  They didn't!  Fast and great service.  Will call them again when we need service.

They came out and checked out what needed to be done. They repaired the A/C. They did a great job. They were professional and I was very happy with the entire service. The A/C unit has been running much better since their visit.

I was in Hawaii and my tenant called with AC issues. I called a few companies. THis is the only one that had a dedicated receptionist (Haley?) who picked up on the first ring. She was professional and followed up with me all along the way. They got the job done for a reasonable price and coordinated everything with my tenant so that I could enjoy my vacation.

I called him around noon on a Friday. He was very busy and understood that I wanted him to come check out my AC that same day. He said he would be able to but that it would be late. I had no problem with that. He got to my home @ 9:30pm and checked everything out and told me he couldn't fix it right then but that he could get the parts the next day. In assessing the problem he was very efficient. The next day he called me and told me he would get the part and come over when he put it all together. I asked him to text me so that I could put up my very noisy dog and he did. He got here and immediately got to work. After he was done fixing the AC, he checked my vents to see if the airflow was where it's supposed to be. He stated that there was a 90 day warranty on the actual item he replaced but that he offers a 1 year warranty. I was very pleased with his service and he was very personable. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone I know that has AC problems.

We were in dire straits, the air conditioner had frozen up and it was 108 degrees outside. I called my Angie's list ac people in my area to see if anyone could come that same day. Airtech Brothers responded that they could come the next morning. This was the fastest response and the fastest anyone could come.
He came on time, and explained everything he was going to do. After inspection (approximately 15-20 minutes) he told us what was the possible problem. He explained that there was probably a leak in the system and that it would take many hours to find the leak because it was not an obvious large leak. He then told us about this leak-stop treatment that he uses (it is fairly new) and how much it cost. He also told us it was not guaranteed but this was the first step in trying to fix the problem. He also informed us that it would probably last only about a year (if it worked) and that we would need to do the treatment again. If this did not work, then we would need to have other work done to find the problem. He was very professional and very nice.

We agreed, he did the work and so far it is working great!!!
The only issue we had was when we handed him our credit card to pay the bill, he then informed us he only took cash or check because he didn't have his square up and running yet (that little cube thing that they use to run the credit card through on their cell phone). We informed him we didn't have the cash and he was very accommodating and said he would get his cube thing up and running and give us a call. Well, he did that but then informed us it would be $13 (this was supposedly 3%) more if we used a credit card, yikes!!! Still haven't figured out how 3% on $330 is $13 but we ended up writing a check. He was very nice and waited another week (we were on vacation) before he got the check.

I would definitely use him again but will not pay by check and I won't pay his cost for credit card usage. :)

We sold our house and the lender for the Buyer required an A/C - Heater check. The AirTech team showed up on time and performed a check of the system. It only took them about 30 minutes and poof....it was done. They were very pleasant and had a great attitude. Would definitely hire them again if needed.

Very quick and efficiently

I was quite happy with them. They had to order the parts directly from the manufacturer because they didn't have the parts. They had it come from across the country, and they did charge us extra but it was not their fault. They were very professional and very nice. They were always on time. The pricing was good and very reasonable. They also gave me nice tips on up keep and also told me it's a waste of money to clean the air duct. They also asked me to wash the air conditioner twice a year.

Airtech Bros. came out to see what to do, gave me an estimate, and set a time for repair. The serviceman was not able to come to the first appointment through no fault of his own; he called and let me know right away and we set another appt. When he did come, he waived the cost of the service call. The serviceman was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I would use this company again and recommend them to others. Good work!

They performed an inspection of the system and determined the repairs would be less than $350. After taking possession of the home, Paul came out and made the repairs to the system. The total charges were as originally promised. Paul spent time going over the system with me and instructed me about preventive maintenance items I could do myself. The A-C is working great. Neil and Paul were very responsive and professional. Can definitely recommend their services.

We left a message for Paul Martens, co-owner of Airtech Brothers Air Conditioning and Heating for R and R of our air conditioning that stopped working during some of the hottest weather we have had in some time with 100 degree plus temps for days at a time. Paul returned our call in a couple of hours and provided a number of possibilities over the phone that might be causing the a/c to have stopped working to give us some sort of an idea of what we might be looking at for the range of cost of the repair necessary. He came out to our home the next day and diagnosed the defective compressor that needed to be replaced. He ordered the new compressor for delivery in 2 days to be installed as soon as the new compressor was delivered. As it turned out, his supplier mislead him as to their time frame for their delivery of the new compressor their effective delivery time being much longer than they had originally promised Paul. This situation left us in our house that had inside daytime temps between 90 - 93 degrees for an extra three + days. Paul was so concerned about our well being as we were suffering in our sweltering house that he sent his brother who was his co-partner in the business all the day down to Palm Desert to physically pick up a new factory replacement compressor for our a/c. To add additional effort on their part to get our a/c working ASAP when their supplier in Palm Desert failed to provided a crucial new capacitor for the new compressor, Paul on a Saturday had to track down a new part and provided the final installation of the completed new compressor and new capacitor getting our a/c up and flawlessly running by mid-day on Saturday. Paul and his brothers put in an absolutely amazing amount of effort to get our a/c working again. We are delighted in all of their help, assistance and professionalism on our behalf and heartily recommend their services to anybody needing air conditioning work.

The price was good, the scheduling was good and the workmanship was good.

I would give them a good recommendation. They did a fantastic job for me. They were fast, efficient, listened to what I had to say and designed the system to solve the problem that the house had always had. It has very high, 12 foot ceilings in half the house and there was never enough air circulation. I suggested they put a larger capacity fan in the furnace so it would circulate the air better. They did that and it worked out beautifully. The air conditioner was never strong enough to keep the temperature of the house down in the summer because I have windows that are 12 feet high and 40 feet wide facing west, so it is like a greenhouse. So we increased the capacity of the air conditioner by about 25 % and it did the job. Their price was approximately a third of the highest bid that I got and close to half of what the average bid was. They got the rid of the old system on time and completed installing the new system in two days.

We had used Airtech Brothers two years previously to replace the air ducting throughout our attic. The work they did then was excellent and they were very professional. When our 30+ furnace finally gave up the ghost, we called them immediately. They had given us an estimate at the end of the previous job to replace the furnace. They not only honored that two-year old estimate but came as soon as the furnace was received and replaced it in little more than half-a-day. The work they did was excellent and they were very professional and friendly, taking the time to explain to my wife why they chose that particular brand of furnace. Needless to say, we will call them for any future furnace or air conditioning work. By the way, the cost to replace that furnace was a little more than half what two other major companies bid.

We were very happy with Pauls service he was clean, polite and very honest and even came out late. When we asked about maintanace of our system he was very honest and did not try to sell us any unneeded services and warned us about the scams out there. We also thought his prices we reasonable When we asked if we needed any other maintance he could of tried to sell us unneed services and instead he said we have a good system and warned us about some of the scams out there and we do not need to get our ducts cleaned. I would recommend him to any one.

Have and will continue to use them for all my heating, cooling services!!
