Jeff came out and measured our kitchen pantry and under stove.  The bid was about $950.  He pointed out that the installation cost was the same regardless of the number of shelves.  After he left, my husband and I realized that this would be the most cost effective time to do extra pull=outs in our master bath, so we called him to come back to measure for that.  He was great - no hard sell, but very clear information.  We placed the order and it took a couple of weeks for them to build the shelves and then another week or so to schedule the installation.  The installer came a bit early - we asked for 9am and he was here at 8:30 - which is the only thing I didn't like about this experience.  The shelves were installed in about 4 hours.  Everything was done cleanly and the shelves work beautifully.  I highly recommend this company.

The first visit was to look at and measure the space and give me a price. The shelves are custom-made in another state, which takes about three weeks. I got a call to schedule the installation about three and a half weeks after the original meeting, and installation was easily scheduled within a few days, based on my schedule. Installation took about one and a half hours. The shelves look very clean and stable, and I'm sure I'll be able to store items more efficiently in the space.

Now I wonder why I waited so long to have it done.

Brit was very punctual, fast and efficient. However, I was a bit disappointed with the finished product. He doesn't build new shelves that pull out to replace your old shelves, like you see in high-end homes, but rather, places a pre-fab sliding shelf on TOP of your existing shelf, thus giving you about an inch less height than you would have. If you have a double door cabinet, he only makes you one shelf, and you have to pull the whole thing out which can be a bit cumbersome. Also, my outer cabinet door no longer fits flush since he had to cut it to accommodate the shelf, so it kind of sits slightly ajar. I like the convenience of pull-out shelves, but I thought it was rather expensive for a rather clumsy appearance.
