I have used Pro Carpet Care for several years now and have been extremely happy with Jess' service. Jess is extremely conscientious and he pays careful attention to detail. He is fair in his pricing and he was able to get out some very dirty and difficult stains on my carpet. He made sure to put disposable coasters underneath the furniture to help it dry and provided booties so I could wear while the carpet was drying. In addition, he let me borrow a space blower (at no extra charge) for a few days to help with the drying process and then picked it up when I was done with it. A good experience all around.

Jess, was on time and did the job quickly. Very high powered equipment used left little moisture. It looks great. He even left us plastic booties to wear.

IT'S AN A. I LIKE HIM BECAUSE HE DOES A REALLY GOOD JOB. HE TAKES HIS TIME, AND HE GETS THE RUG REALLY CLEAN. HE IS VERY NICE. HE IS PUNCTUAL. THE PRICE IS FINE. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.
