1- They said that the bill will be around $250.00 for 2 hours of work (@ $110 / hour) and about $30 for
parts; and that the office will send the bill. I received the bill few days later and it was $409.
2- They burned the side of my kitchen cabinets while changing the ice-maker valve and did not say anything.
3- Two people showed up; obviously one was an apprentice. He was getting trained on the job at my expense (e.g. not measuring twice before cutting the pipes; hence had to patch the drain pipe and one the copper pipes).
