It went well.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Ordered a custom ornamental iron gate and fence, total approx 10'. They said it would take 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks and they said they had sent it down to LA for powder coating and they would call me later that day with a finish time. After not hearing back from them I phone 3 more times the next week, each time they promised to check the status and get back to me. They did not. Finally I reached the original sales rep, Jason whom said he was appalled that they had not completed it after 3 weeks and said he would get back to me. Again, no one called. After 3 more days I reached Jason and he informed me that a mistake was made and that they would have to rebuild it. After 3 more weeks, and several more unreturned phone calls I insisted on speaking with the manager. Come to find out they lost the original Dominions and had not even started the project. I will be going to a competitor first thing in the morning.

After signing the contract, they pushed the start date back by almost 3 weeks from what the estimator told us. The wood used had dark black spots all over it (mold) and they tried to tell us that was normal because of "wet spots on the wood." None of the other new fences in our neighborhood have discolored wood like that, and the photos on their website do not show discolored wood. They did not read the contract correctly and I had to call them back to replace part of the fence and the gates that I had contracted for. The posts on one of the gates settled over 1" and the latch had to be moved because the gate would no longer close. It settled further, I called to have it fixed again, and one month later, still have not heard back.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING THEY DID FOR US. THEY CAME TOOK ONLY A SHORT TIME BUT IT WASN'T GOOD WORK. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WORK IS POORLY. I HAD TO HELP THEM WHEN I CALLED THEM. I'LL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE FENCE IS 200 FT AND IT DID NOT TAKE A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB AT ALL. I AM PLEASED WITH THE NICE FENCE I HAVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE BUILDING A HOME.
