Rich with Dec Repair Pros was very prompt giving us our quote and working with us while we got ready for the work. We had to coordinate with the door installers and Building Maintenance. When it was time for Deck Repair Pros to come in, they were there in less than a weeks notice. The man (Enrique) that was sent to do the work was the absolute best. Our old deck was very difficult to demo, but Enrique took the time to do it perfectly. On the third day Enrique started laying the new waterproof material (Elasto-Deck 5000 X2) and finished on the forth day with color. During the installation of the new waterproffing Enrique paid attention to every detail and the final product is really wonderful to look at. We are so glad to have used Deck Repair Pros!

After multiple meetings with contractors who got back to may days later with estimates, Rich showed up and gave me an estimate on the spot. I knew that there were several potential issues that would be uncertain until we pulled the old decks up, and he even gave me pricing on the expected resolutions of those. Once DRP started the work, they were highly responsive to my and my neighbors needs, and kept me informed - even though I was overseas while they were doing this.(He sent me pictures of the work as it progressed.) I returned right at the end of their work, and was very happy with the results.
