The spots are not gone. So much water was added that dirt in the carpet floated up creating new spots. Dirt was scraped in to the tool and left bands at the ends of strokes of the cleaning tool. The carpet was extremely wet for a day, and still damp after 36 hours.

It went great and was a very quick transaction! Called and left a message, I received a return call the same day or day after (I forget), we scheduled a time for the following week during a time window.
On the day of the service, they ended up showing up a little bit early and were very nice and patient about waiting for me to get home to let them in. The work was done quickly. The visibly dirty carpets were clean and bright after they left, and they made good conversation while they worked! I really appreciated their familiarity with the local neighborhoods/home/construction materials as it really makes me trust them as a resource. Will definitely use CCC again next time my carpets get filthy!

I thought it was a fair price and they did a good job.  There had been a lot of people up and down my white carpet stair case.  It was pretty terrible, but they got it really nice.  I have no complaints.

I have nothing but good things to say about Coastal Carpet cleaners.  Price was very reasonable.  The owner did a few of my throw rugs for free.

They are dependable, prompt and efficient.  If delayed, they call.

I called Woody and he asked if I would be available that day in a few hours.  Awesome!  His helper Jess works very hard and even helped me move a rug that I wanted out of my second story bedroom.  They were both great and finished within 3 hours from when I placed my first call.

They were very professional and showed up on time.  The carpets looked new.  They got out all the stains that have been sitting there for a while.  Everything was sparkling clean when they left.  They were very efficient and friendly.

Woody and his assistant Jess arrived on time.  Woody provided an estimate and then scheduled a day to come out an perform the work.  On the day they performed the work they were punctual and started immediately.  They were informative and explained the carpet cleaning process and carpet re-stretching process.  Woody is honest, direct, answered all my questions and best of all he isn't a slick salesmen trying to nickel and dime us.  Neither one tried to selling any additional services like the big carpet cleaning companies do.  They came in, did what I asked and then left.  Before they left I asked for a few business cards so I could pass them out to my neighbors who are looking for good carpet cleaners.  I waited 24 hours to make sure the carpet was dry before heading back to the townhouse to view their work.  My carpets are clean!  I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call Woody again when I need carpet cleaning.

I just moved in to my new house and was a need of a sofa clean. I found coastal cleaners on Angie's List and call to set up an appointment. woody showed up on time ,was professional and friendly and finish cleaning the sofa in 20 minutes. he quote me $100 for the service and gave me an additional 15% discount for Angie's List customers for a total of $85. great service, I will use this company again.

The appointment was set for 2 days after I called. Woody came with a worker who actually did the cleaning. Woody gave no firm estimate but the approx. price ($150) sounded right so we went ahead. They took about the right amount of time (an hour) and did a good job -- I had to point out a few spots to go over a second time and there was no problem with that. They were happy to give the Angies List Discount, so the final bill was $128. As far as quality -- it takes a few days to 'really see' how good a job has been done with carpet-cleaning, as that's how long it takes for dirty spots to reappear if they'd been missed -- and it's very hard to tell 'at the time' if any particular area hasn't been thoroughly been done since it 'all looks wet', etc. (that's true for the person doing the cleaning as well). All in all, I'd give then an "A-" ... there were a couple places around the edges here and there that came back a little less-than-spotless, but honestly that is to be expected. Overall they were really good, very professional, and very nice -- and I will definitely use them again (and no one else -- I've had bad past experiences with bad carpet cleaning services - there are as many bad ones than good IMO, it's hard to find a good one).
