When I contacted John, I as about to throw my new Mac out the window. I was frustrated. Having come from a PC all my life, I did not pick up on the Mac differences quickly and it was costing me time away from my job to figure out. I had several issues with email, Quickbooks, shortcuts, and many other things. I also needed to be able to use some of my business programs that were on my old PC, that weren't compatible with the Mac. John listened and was very patient. No matter how many questions I had, he answered them all. He relayed the information in a way that I could understand it and continued to go over things until I was comfortable with them. Once he showed me some of the shortcuts on Mac, my eyes were wide open! It literally was like being able to walk again, after having been paralyzed. I literally had called Apple, for which I paid for the support up front with purchase, and they told me some of the things I was asking for weren't possible on the Mac. When John showed them to me I couldn't believe it. I now understand why people like Macs! In addition, he helped me fix my email and Quickbooks issues, and most importantly, helped me find a way to read my PC from my Mac, so that I could perform the same functions in the same programs I used to use on my PC; now being able to use my Mac instead! I feel so relieved after receiving John's help. I feel like my investment in the Mac is now worth it. He was my last hope. If he was not able to help me, I was going to sell it, lose a lot of money, and go buy a new PC. I am so thankful for John and his calm nature at helping me figure out all of my computing needs. I would absolutely use him again and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you John!
