It shocks me at how low his prices are. He called before he came to confirm our appointment and he was on time. It was a rainy day and he was very careful about not tracking mud in the house. He made sure he cleaned up after all of the work he did as well. He does what he says he is going to do and shows up on time. He did a really good job, I haven't had any problems since. Also, he charged me what he said he was going to charge me and that is rare.
