Here's whats good:
-modern facility
-lots of workout equipment
-clean, doesn't smell like a gym.
-very convenient schedule
-good spinning classes.
-diversity of classes.
What's needed for improvement
-parking lot tight and spaces scarce during peak times.
-pool needs a little TLC.
-spinning classes and pool are usually crowded.

After I signed up, I went to the gym 5 days/week. I used/use the equipment and the machines. Occassionally there is something that is in disrepair, but it usually gets fixed within a week.
The entire gym was refurbished with new equipment, new floors, new paint, etc. And the entire process took, I believe, one week (for each floor) and the gym was operable during this construction. Maybe one day it was closed entirely, I can't remember. I was so impressed with the way the construction crew was organized! (Too bad every company couldn't be as efficient!)
I still go 4 days/week now and enjoy the facilities.
There's a pool, a dry sauna, a wet sauna, drinking fountains, men's locker room and women's locker room on the ground floor. On the second floor are the ellipticals, the tread mills, the TRX, ab equipment, all kinds of machines, free weights, medicine balls, mats, men's locker rooms, women's locker rooms, drinking fountains, and general small lockers. Down a floor (other side from the pool) is more weight machines, free weights, benches, drinking fountains, a huge wood-floored class room (for yoga, zumba, all kinds of classes) with barbells, handweights, step benches, etc for the classes.
On the third floor is a spin room filled with bikes, more tread mills and ellipticals, and ab equipment.
There are, I believe, 46,000 square feet in this place. It's huge.
The personnel greet you (generally) on the way in and say good-bye (generally) on your exit. They will listen to complaints/suggestions openly.
I was a bit disappointed in the lack of communication regarding a new class that was starting up. I discovered it by accident, and loved it. After a month of attending, the instructor gave us the bad news that it was canceled due to low attendance. It had only been three months since its inception with no advertisement of it withing the gym or via email. : (
The air flow within the gym doesn't seem to be regular. Sometimes it's too stuffy, sometimes the air blows directly on me. And I attend at the same time daily.
The temperature of the water in the fountain on the second floor is a bit too cold (this changed after the remodel).
The parking lot is adequate for the time I go there. However, a good percentage of the parking spaces are MUCH too small for a regular sized vehicle.
The escalators (in the parking structure) are always having repair issues.
Parking is free.

It is pretty standard fare for fitness. Nothing really stands out. They have pretty much the full range of equipment and free weights available. It's open to anybody and it is not intimidating in any way. They have a person at the desk that checks my ID and I really haven't dealt with anyone else there. I pay $2 a month. I renew every year for $24. I might as well keep the membership no matter how little I use it.
