Appraisers came immediately, as scheduled. Crew came few weeks later, on time, fast, efficient, professional, courteous. Took down the tree, chopped and shredded and hauled everything away, cleaned up the work site. A great job.

They did everything they promised to do and more! They arrived exactly on time and worked until mid afternoon when the job was complete. They left our yard better (completely cleaned up) than they had found it. The crew was very professional and efficient. And my neighbor pointed out he was impressed that every member of the crew wore safety gear (helmets and vests). We are very happy with their service and will definitely use Hercules again if the need arises!!

Rick arrived at the exact time of the appointment for the estimate. Because I was not home at the appointed time of arrival to do the work, I gave the crew permission to enter my backyard and start work as per the contract. When I arrived home the work was done to the exact specifications of the contract. The yard was clean of any debris. The obstacles, flower pots, chairs, clothesline, etc., to their working safely and expeditiously were returned to their proper places. The flower bed below the trees were not harmed. My oak tree now have room to grow and take advantage of more sunshine. Excellent work and I would use them again.

I couldn't be happier. Rich and his crew of three arrived at 8:00 and went right to work. They moved hanging baskets and furniture so nothing would be damaged by falling limbs. When they finished at 4:00, the trees were beautiful, my backyard is so much lighter, and everything was returned to its proper place. I am happy to recommend them.

Cut a major part of a agave plant which was aprox 60 high and only blooms once in a life time. They removed all the debris and left every neat. I highly recommend them.

The owner came to look at the project and explained that he did all the climbing himself. Had to call to get the estimate. asked for the bid in late summer, but knew that the job would have to wait until fall, so not getting the estimate right away was not a problem. Owner had a minimum of one worker to pick up the fallen or lowered branches. they provided protection with large plywood sheets for plants under the trees as well as pots on patios. They were very careful and spent hours to make sure that all cut branches were removed from smaller trees and bushes. They left the property in cleaner shape than they found it every evening and at the end of the job. Owner Rich was so diligent that he had his lunch sent up into the tree on the first day, rather than wasting time to come down to eat it. They also made sure that anything that had fallen on neighboring properties was cleaned up.
