Dave, Routt Roofing, did a fantastic job. Although my roof repair was a small job, he treated us like a major customer. He was on time both for the estimate and for the repair itself. His crew was polite and they did not make a mess. Routt Roofing did what they said they wouldI do, and for the price they quoted. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dave

Working with Dave Routt was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a contractor. There were absolutely no surprises. The professional crew showed up when they were scheduled, worked a full day and did an excellent job of cleaning up each and every day of the job. Owner Dave Routt was at the job site at least part of every day, either supervising or working on the roof himself. Dave is extremely experienced and kept us informed of what was going on or what would happen next at each and every step. I never felt like the person I hired was nowhere to be found. I’m completely satisfied with the result of their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. I was dealing from the very beginning with the owner of the company, not simply a salesman I would never see again. My neighbor and I had our homes done together by Routt Roofing and we found his quote was right in there with other local contractors we looked at and far less (half!) than one national firm.

The last time I needed them they were so busy because they are really good, but they recommended another company to me which I did use. I spent probably $4000 for a small house roofing job. I liked that they were very professional and they did a thorough job and excellent clean up. They were also quick. The workers that came out were excellent.

So, Dave and his crew show about 07:30 and it’s non stop till ~ 5:00 PM (truth be told, they did a break for lunch - these guys deserve lunch - yes/no?) Day One: Strip the old roof, new sheeting, new felt - I’m waterproof no matter the weather. In addition, the roof was “loaded” - the roofing materials were assembled on the roof for the next day. DayTwo: Again, the guys show about 7:30 and start laying the shingles. Seems to me that they are very fast, though not neglectful of precision - they are always adjusting and measuring (you would expect that anyway). Once the job was completed, it was time for clean-up (though this was happening all along the way) and they were thorough - had this fellow with a magnet search all around the house and garden bed ’searching’ for stray staples (from the original roof) and nails from Dave’s job. Well done.

They are fabulous! They do a wonderful job. They are professional, and the price is always good. They are very dependable. We've known them for years. They have always done a very professional job. I have never had a problem with any of the work. The prices have always been fair.

Roof ridges were damaged by the January storm, so I called Routt Roofing for a repair estimate. Routt had put the roof on 15 years earlier, and it has held up well otherwise. Dave Routt came out right away and offered to replace the ridge shingles at his cost because the ridge product they had used back then turned out to be defective. He checked my roof over, gave me an estimate, scheduled the work promptly, and billed me slightly below his estimate. The work was completed competently and on schedule, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I liked them because they did a really good inspection before they started the work and they then let me know what had to be done. I was very impressed with their work and I would recommend them to others.
