SHOWED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER. DISCUSSED WITH ME WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO. RAN THE TOOL AND WAS ABLE TO CLEAR THE PIPE FROM CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL. WAS COURTEOUS.

ROTO ROOTER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. QUICKLY REMOVED CLOG. KNOWLEDGEABLE. I DIDN'T LIKE THE WARRANTY WHICH IS BASICALLY NONE FOR A SEPTIC TANK.

ROTO ROOTER DID RESPOND AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, WHICH IS THE MAIN REASON I CALLED THEM. THE PLUMBER WAS POLITE AND HE WORKED QUICKLY AND CLEANED UP AFTER HE HAD DONE THE JOB.
