He was very professional. The initial appointment to estimate my roof repair went very well: he was punctual; he explained the problem; and explained the repair. He also repaired my roof within a few days, which was the time frame he committed to complete. I would reommend him.

Rick was great! We had an issue where we chose the color of shingles we wanted and then when they started putting them on the roof we hated them! Rick had the guys stop. He took us to the material supplier and we picked out a new color. All with a smile on his face. About 15% of the shingles had been put down but they pulled them up and installed the new color. (Of course we had to pay the additional labor but it was worth it!) The guys Rick has working for him are professional and really hard workers. The job was done in less than 5 days even with stopping work because of the color. Rick went above and beyond for us! Thanks, Rick!!

I hired Rick lift existing cement tiles, re-paper, install new drip edge, flashing and vents, and then re-lay original tiles on my roof. Rick provided a good explanation of what needed to be done and why. I had done my research and was able to understand his recommendations with the confidence that he wasnt running up the cost. He provided a very reasonable and fair quotation, and started work within a week. His crew was quick and efficient, and finished the job within 3 days. Their work was very good quality and they cleaned up all around the house nicely. I'm very pleased with his service.

Estimate was reasonable and his work is clean and dependable. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars is the fact that I will not know how the roof will hold up until it rains here. Rick Hart saved me $3000 dollars by being the only honest guy that came out. He told me up front what it would cost and then told me that he would not do the work. which in this case was good because he wrote out what was wrong and then told me that I could get it fixed for free by my home builder. It worked and my roof will be fixed on Friday 02/20/09 my roof is 6 yrs old and i had a quote for $2800 from two other roofing companies. If you want an honest guy then I would say call rick hart.
