They took care of everything. They had to cut the wall behind the vanity for the drain to connect properly and it took them no time at all to fix the shower. The quality of the work was great however they did leave a bit of a mess.

Everyone single person in this company that we have spoken with and that has come out to our house to perform plumbing repairs/upgrades has been very professional.  They are very good about giving you an accurate price quote range for their services. Their prices are reasonable and they do the job correctly the first time.  My parents are seniors with limited English and I am so grateful for the level of respect and courtesy that they received from the employees of Pierce Plumbing.

On Thursday night, Feb. 27, 2014, our kitchen sink and both sinks in our guest bathroom were clogged. My husband tried to remedy the situation, to no avail. We went to bed worrying about the cost of calling a plumber. On Friday morning, I came straight to Angie's List and found good reviews for Pierce Plumbing in our town. All we could do was hope this business was honest. I called them, described the problem..........and one of their men was here in less than an hour! His name is Jerry, and what an asset he is to this business. After speaking with him and while he was still in our foyer making friends with our three dogs, I knew we were in very capable, honest, hands. He checked everything inside, and with rain POURING down, he got on our roof and cleaned everything out. He said he was almost done when the storm really let go on him-----yet he was still smiling! He was very personable, professional, and gave me advice on preventative measures to keep our drains clear. Aaaand, the charge was so reasonable, I felt bad that I had worried!! And we were very relieved. We highly recommend this business.

Jim came over within 15 minutes, was professional and listened to the work I had already done, and within a half hour had fixed my problem. Price was very reasonable as well.

Called approx 9 am Friday 11-15-13, they said they would send someone out right then. Jim, the plumber sent, showed up in about 10 minutes, Wow talk about fast! He determined the kitchen pipes needed an auger ran through the cleanout just outside the kitchen. He plugged the cord in the laundry room and proceeded to clear the kitchen drain, using an electric powered auger. When done with that he made sure the water drained quickly in the kitchen sink. He then checked the bathroom shower/tub and it was still clogged, so he then ran a drain-snake thru the overflow in the tub till that was clear. After he cleaned up the mess, done well, he then informed us of possible causes and solutions. The job was well done and very timely. I am very pleased with the job and the professionalism shown. I will call them if needed in the future. I recommend them highly.

Called before the appointed time to tell me he was coming. Showed up on time. Removed the old controller from the valve and installed a new one. He took less than one-half hour and was very friendly and courteous the whole time. I will use him again if I need plumbing done.

They were good. They came in, they were very professional and they did a good job. They did exactly what they were supposed to do, and they were reasonably priced. I have no complaints. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They came out quickly and there was actually just one plumber. He exactly knew what the problem was and he got right to it. He was in and out within half hour. So the work was completed and done in half hour. I didn't expect to pay that little. I expected to pay over a $100. I would use their services again in the future.

They were very professional and good. They worked with the realtor to get access. He even told me he wasn't positive that the overflow needed replacing. Very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

In my newly purchased manufactured house I found that tub in the guest bathroom was not properly connected to the drain. The drain pipe seemed to be an unusual size, because a standard replacement didn't fit. I went to Pierce Plumbing's store to get advice and the right parts. After some discussion, I decided the needed fix was more than I wanted to try to do. I scheduled for them to come out the next day and fix the problem for a fixed fee. They arrived on schedule and finished quickly. I was charged for some plastic sheeting that was used to "protect their clothing" when going under the house. It obviously didn't work, because the plumber was plenty dirty. He should have had coveralls for this kind of work, like every other service person (and myself) who works under a manufactured house.

Excellent service, responded within hours of the call and charged a fair price. Best experience I have ever had with a plumber.

The guy seems to know what he was doing. He had trouble getting it in and finally got a way to get the toilet installed. He was very nice and he was half the price of some other people I looked into.

I can tell you that it was less time and a lot less money than another plumber I got an estimate from. I have recommended him to several different people. He is very knowledgeable and the quality of the work is top notch.
