IT took me calling and emailing SEVERAL times before he came to my house. They had a big job with the school district I believe and were trying to finish it up. I needed front enclosure YESTERDAY ( ASAP) to protect my pets from rogue coyotes in the neighborhood. 
He came out two weeks after I phoned for an appointment for him to come out and look over the job. HE has a winning personality and a very laid-back attitude and is funny and jovial, actually.  HE knows what he is doing. He knows what looks good. What doesn't . He knows what will 'work" and what will NOT WORK.
HE can do the bid in seconds. Not days, but he was to email it to me, and that took SEVERAL emails to him/phone calls until I got it. I wanted little humming birds and a CAT in my wrought iron. HE sent me some things from which to choose from ( actually, his wife does the emailing and scheduling).
Within a  few days he had the men at my door with all the wrought iron panels, perfectly painted, and the cat and humming birds were and are movable. I can put them anywhere. Move them around. Great idea for re-sale, as the next owners may not want a CAT and humming birds in front of their front door.
They installed it in mere minutes. A huge team of men..five or so. They drilled into my tile pavers, into the support plaster holding pu the patio roof, and it is GORGEOUS. They put a lock on and gave me the keys. I wrote a check for the entire amount. NO deposit was EVER asked for. They are NOT the tops on communication as I think they have a LOT of business. They need to answer back same day and give dates within 5-10 days out for coming to your house for the initial estimate. But when one is GOOD, one is BUSY. He is GOOD! HE is fair! PRICES were NOT the highest, not the lowest like unlicensed, uninsured people who could do it. His measurements were absolutely PERFECT and the wrought iron has NOT 1/16 inch gap to the existing structures it is attached to. I have wrought iron work done SEVERAL Times and this high end, decorative 8 foot high enclosure for security and so the pets do NOT get onto the BUSY, coyote infested street is absolutely gorgeous and adds to my waterfront home. Anything "less" in quality, art work and grade would have detracted from the re-sale  value of this home. I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT!

We originally had a picture of what we wanted completed.  Tim looked at the picture and suggested changes.  His ideas improved the design and we went with his plan.  Fabrication took about two weeks.  The crew that installed the fence and gate were very professional and did a great job.  The end product exceded our expectations.  We would highly recommend Norton Iron, Inc.

They have done a pretty good job so far and we are pretty happy with them. We are going to use them for some more work around the house. We didn't start off that well because he didn't call me back but when he did call back, he followed through with everything he said he would do.

They did a fabulous job. The came out to give me an estimate and within a week I had my gates. They were all hand made. The prices were reasonable and I could not ask for more timely service. Everything was perfect.
