I had told the sales guy that I wanted an easy to use system. I wanted to continue to use my existing remote and I did not want it complicated for guests that might use the television. All of this information was transmitted to the installation team. They had a little problem finding my place but showed up within 30 minutes of when they said they would. They had all the tools to mount the sound bar from the existing television support (bar from ceiling) and completed the installation very quickly. They figured out how to program my existing remote control with the Bose sound bar to control the volume level. They were courteous, respectful, and friendly. They completed the task at the agreed upon price. I would highly recommend New Wave Home Audio if you have a stereo or audio system that needs to be setup.
