When he was in the attic he plugged up the overflow drain without making sure the primary one was operational, which at the time, it was not.  Because of this the condensation flooded in the attic, damaging drywall on the celiing below and breaking one of our smoke detectors in a bedroom below due to water leaking down.  When we talked to their tech on Monday, he took no responsibility for it and lied about everything.  Yesterday, we had a competent company come out and fix everything.  They confirmed that this company caused the flooding by plugging up the emergency, overflow drain so the water had nowhere else to go but flood in the attic.  They even took photos of this for us.  I warn anyone to never use this company.
