Screen Repair
Non-service. Provider still retains original payment. No services provided. I may never recover money. Provider has disappeared. No return of calls in over 4 weeks.

Screen Repair
The appointment was set up for Tuesday, June 28, 2011, 6:00 p.m. The repairman called around 5:30 p.m, and said he was not going to make it. We scheduled another time for Sat., July 2, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. I called at 10:00 a.m. to see if he was on schedule. He said he was running late and thought he would be at our house around 11:00 a.m. He arrived at ll:30 am. I had to leave and asked if he could lock up when he was finished. When we arrived back home the screen was repaired and it works wonderfully. The repairman was very sorry for not being on time. He was very professional. I am so glad I found a repair service for our roll-away screen doors, since we have two of them and the original company we purchased the screen doors is no longer in business.
