It went well.  He was cleaning a rental unit that I was vacating.  I asked him to turn off the air conditioner and lock up when he was finished.  He was very accommodating.

When he arrived he toured the house and explained everything he was going to do, including which furniture he would move, approximately how long it would take, the drying process, and cost.  He then proceeded to the work which he did in a very professional manner.

Last year, part of my carpet had a hole in it and he had someone to repair it. Doug is very efficient and effective. He does very well and is good at what he does. I have never had problems with him. His price is very fair. I have referred him to my friends who have been happy.
