Right off the bat I noticed Rob was honest. He was more than happy to answer all my questions and let me know that he was certified. Not to mention that Rob is also insured. I was surprised to hear there is even a buyback guarantee. As if that wasn't enough Rob was prompt, answered all my questions, and encuraged me to attend my inspection. As promised, the next day, like clockwork my report was in my email. It made it so much easier to go through the home-buying process.
Rob's in deprh report gave me something to use as leverage. We ended up getting a better price. Thank you again Coast home inspection.

Inspector arrived on time and was friendly And reassuring. The inspection took around 3 hours and wa very thorough. The report was provided within 24 hours and was very detailed and contained photos of everything he found. We appreciated that the inspector was certified with an appropriate inspection agency. I would hire Rob again
