The woman I spoke to on the phone was stunningly rude and unprofessional. I asked if she was the owner, and she said she was. Bizarre, childlike, mocking behavior. Left me scratching my head as to how this person is able to run a business.

The technician did a very thorough analysis, and determined the control board was the issue. He contacted the manufacturer and communicated the findings to Home Warranty Insurance company. The manufacturer took 10 days to respond.
