Chris Rutledge and his son Tristin did an amazing job. They arrived early, were professional, listened to my concerns, opening shared information and their findings, pointed out common areas of concern and found issues with the property I would have never discovered. Chris owns the franchise office of AmeriSpec and his office is a family run/owned business. The inspection cost $500 and likely saved me $15-$20k.
