Very nice guy, tried to be accommodating, tried to understand what my needs were, very sympathetic to what my needs were, but I felt like the appointment time wasn't long enough for the size house that we have and for what we were dealing with. I felt like - part of that was I spent probably half an hour talking to him about what I was doing with what I was seeing and where I wanted treatment and stuff, but I think with an initial pest visit, they should have incorporated that into it and maybe left some more time. They were in our attic and everything, I mean, he got to our house like eight and was out the door by like 10:30. Like a 4000 square foot house. We have a 1200 square foot garage. He wasn't here very long, it was under two hours. He got here close to nine and we were on the road by 10:30. And I just felt like I could see if you were on a service and having it sprayed, but this was our first time visit and I just don't like there were things that were missed and because of it, we're kind of dealing with a flair of other right now. So now we have to do it again and it's just annoying. And we had specifically told him we wanted the attic and garage fogged and what they consider fogging and what I consider fogging are different. They were very nice to me when I called them on the phone after they left because my husband was at work and he had questions and they were very good about putting me at ease. They were supposed to come back later, and they came back after I told them we had to wait and see, when we were leaving town, so I said, "We didn't have this appointment."

"Thank you for your review, Mr. We appreciate your feedback, but are a little confused by the review that you left for us. Based on our initial phone conversation, we set-up a 2-Part Carpet Beetle service for the garage and attic areas only. However, when our technician arrived to perform the service (December 2014) it was determined that the target pest was actually a different kind of beetle and not carpet beetles. As communicated at the time of service, the complete interior of your residence was fogged, including the attic and the interior and exterior of your home was sprayed. There is no pre-determined timeframe that the service should take and adequate time was spent treating your home. When we contacted you to schedule the follow-up service, you stated that the beetle infestation had been resolved and that you hadn't seen any additional beetles in the problem areas and said that you would contact us if the second service was needed. At that time, we closed your account and did not hear from you again. It has been 8 months since we completed this service and it sounds like you might need to think about getting a regular maintenance service completed on a regular basis if this problem is recurring. Thank you again for your comments. We strive continually to improve our business and customer service."

Richard is the owner of the company and he came out personally to inspect the Mobile home I am selling. It's an older home and I suspected it had termite infestation. He showed me "droppings" in one of the floor vents that indicated Driver Termites were indeed present. He explained the difference between spot treatment and tenting the whole Mobile. I elected to have the whole Mobile done and he explained the process and set a date 3 days from then which allowed the Gas Co. to come out and turn off the gas. His crew came within the 2 hour window he gave me and had the whole thing tented in less than an hour. They really know what they're doing. After 2 days, they came back and removed the tent and cleaned up the premises just like they found it. Very pleased with the professional way everything was handled.
