Can’t believe this company has such good reviews. Contacted on a Wednesday for a Friday appointment to install a garbage disposal, and get a quote for getting my pipes re-done under kitchen sink. Appointment was given for between 10-12. At 11:55am I received a text that they were running late and my appointment would be between 1-4. At 4:30pm I contacted them back letting them know to cancel the appointment as I couldn’t wait any longer. The apologized and cancelled the appointment. At 5:30 a technician arrives at my home, he walks in and takes pictures and says he will send a quote. I hear nothing from them until 8:35 Monday morning when a quote arrives for 1,475.00 just to install a garbage disposal and replace some pipes. I called them and told them to forget it. Found another company (Pierce Plumbing) and called them at 10:35am. The tech was at my home by 12:15. And for the garbage disposal and all the piping charged 325.00 and was done in 45 minutes. Will use them again.

Wonderfully. Kept us posted by text when he would arrive. Thought it would cost at least $200.00, cost much less. Did the job within 30 minutes. Very professional. I'd tell everyone to use this company.

Since I waned to help from afar, I found 5 Star Plumbing on Angie's List. I was a bit worried about when someone could be out since I was calling on a Saturday, but Gabriel scheduled a technician the same afternoon. They were prompt and very professional. They found the problem very quickly even though the house didn't have a main cleanout. I was very happy with the great service and reasonable cost. I'm a building design engineer so I know good service when I see it. I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I had a slab leak and Mr Reyes fixed it better than new. I didn't like having to spend that much money (but really who does?), but Mr Reyes took the time to explain to me what had happened and why the costs were necessary to fix everything. I was very happy with the results.
