These people are crooks. Be very wary. Our refrigerator stopped working. They charged us $160 to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. Then they made us buy a new fan for $190. Then they charged us $160 to install the fan. They told us the fridge now worked. In fact, when I checked, it did not work. They then pretended to come back to fix it, but did not actually com. These people are crooks. Avoid!

My son is a recent widower and needs some help around the house. He showed up a couple minutes early, which I appreciated. We needed the ice maker in the fridge fixed, and he did in about 30 seconds. My son told him a shelf was broken and a drawer doesn't open anymore, so Ron ordered the replacement parts. He checked out the dishwasher and told us a couple things we should keep an eye on, and he looked at the stove top as well. His advice for the dishwasher was very helpful. Ron was so pleasant and very easy to work with. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone needed any appliances fixed.
