Although the quality of the products is very good, the quality of the customer service is poor. Phone calls are not returned and many errors are made resulting in delays for my projects and headaches for me and my contractor. The worst situation involved the purchase of the Andersen French doors which were paid for at the time I ordered them yet, more than a year later, I received a call from their accounting department who accused me of never paying for the doors. I had to dig through my paperwork to locate my receipt and had to hand deliver it to their office before the situation was resolved. Many other errors have been made, I won't bother going into those details. If you can find the same quality products somewhere else, I would encourage you to go elsewhere.
