Owner worked with crew and/or supervised during the entire tree trim project. Did not remove the tree, though I first intended to, but instead had it extensively trimmed and cut back.

Very caring for the trees health

He came by the same day I called him worried that I had a dying tree and a limb might fall, as we'd had one fall the previous year. It turned out the tree wasn't dying and that I had been overwatering it which showed up as leaves turning brown earlier then usual on one section of the tree indicating root rot. The fix was to just cut back or stop watering within 5 feet of the tree. He also said there was no reason to cut the branches back right now because it would stress the tree more. Needless to say I was relieved and felt like I was in good hands. I will be calling him down the road when it is time to do some trimming.

Timi is a calm, quiet professional with an experienced crew. He completed all he indicated he would in his original estimate but accomplished even more as he and his crew did the actual job.
