Yaleny's House Cleaning

Very thorough. We have a split level home and 3 women were here to clean our home. They were here almost 4 hours and did a wonderful job. Very dedicated workers. Would highly recommend Yalenyâ s House Cleaning Service. We have hired them to come and clean our home every two weeks.

They found dirt I did not know I had and cleaned things I did not even think about.

I love that 3 to 4 cleaners come to my home to clean. They do a general good job but they don't always put things back. They should take pictures so they know where things go. They also don't always move thieving on the counters when cleaning. Sometimes they wipe around things. I have to tell them to empty the toaster to get the crumbs out. They clean my house monthly.

They do a very mediocre job. One of their team members damaged my hardwood floors cleaning with stove grease cleaner. When I pointed it out, they were offended. Bad work ethics. Wouldn't recommend their service.

I specifically asked for a deep clean before my home was to be re-painted. When the woman came out to give me my estimate, I made it clear I needed my walls needed to be washed, not dusted. The cabinets cleaned, but they missed the handles, they didn't vacuum my kitchen or bath, both of which should have been washed. They missed 1/4 of my baseboards, they didn't wash my doors. She quoted me $250 for 3 people for three hours, but one hour in she left for an hour, and I was left with two workers that spoke no english, so when I tried to tell them that they had to wash the walls, they didn't understand. When she came back, I reminded her that the walls needed to be washed, and she acted like she was just hearing this for the first time! It never got done.

We needed to have our job done very quickly. To say the work was absolutely outstanding still wouldn't describe our thoughts on the job that was done, Bravo!

They were on time, did everything they said they would and more....very pleased and keeping them on permanently.

Did a splendid job. Arrived on time. Went to work immediately - no break. Didn't report a minor breakage - breakage easily repaired. Overall the house had the aroma of being freshly cleaned.

Windows and screens were very clean. I was very happy with the results. However, I thought their price was very high. They also left a toothbrush and an empty small bottle of soap detergent. Plus the 3 hoses they used were left uncoiled and strewn about next to the faucet.

Everything left in place, no mishaps, easy to work around. Will use again.

The ladies at Yaleny's were so great! They stayed for almost 3 hours and the place was nearly spotless upon their departure. Will definitely be using them again.
