I had two new toilets installed but he didn't tell me the floor was dry rotted. I thought he was dishonest, lazy, didn't want to do the work and very unprofessional. At first I thought it was fine until yesterday. I found out that the floor was sinking and I was told that the toilets would fall through the floor. He used the old seal and he should have told me the floor was dry rotted. I would of paid for a new floor, but he installed the toilets with the floor dry rotted. The toilets look nice and they are the comfort height. I had to pay someone else to take them up and put a new floor down and I will never do business with Woodridge Plumbing again.
