They come out every other month. They are fine.

Good. The person who initially took my call was very helpful and professional in explaining the services; Mike, the exterminator assigned to provide service, is very nice and helpful.

Everything went right as scheduled. I called the company and made an appointment. The inspector called on the scheduled day and confirmed the appointment and time. Then arrived on time. The work was scheduled for a later date and again a courtesy call and on time arrival.
Couldn't of been handled better.

They did good. They showed up and did a good job.

There was no follow up.

They call me and they are pretty good.  They are efficient.  I had a very bad rodent problem.  They have kept that down and keep it out.  I haven’t had any problem in six months.  Their price is fair.  They have kept three traps.

Termites had apparently infested plywood sheathing that had been employed in a home remodel the previous year and then they became sealed in behind the subsequently stucco.  They only became evident with the warming weather. 
Calen arrived to provide an assessment of the situation and provided a couple of options for treatment, including a low-cost localized treatment.  After a review of the evidence, I went with my initial assessment and opted for the only definitive solution, despite the early, localized, and very minimal infestation.  This was a decision made from my own concerns, without any pressure from Calen for a more expensive treatment.  In fact, he did a very good job at impartially laying out options, costs, benefits, and liabilities. 
My house has a detached garage connected to the house by a stucco-on-wood wall and the garage is attached at the rear to my neighbor's garage, so the tenting involved my house, the connecting wall, and both garages.  My neighbor negotiated her own price with Western, but when the crew arrived as promised and prepared to start tenting, my neighbor changed her mind.  The tenting crew announced that could not complete the job and prepared to leave, but Calen appeared to mollify my neighbor and provide some TLC throughout the entire tenting process that enabled the job to be completed.  That went well beyond normal service and I would very highly recommend this company for their professionalism and ability to deal with, and defuse, sudden and unexpected situations. 
Preparation for tenting, the tenting itself, and the subsequent cleanup went without any other complications, and I arrived back from a brief business trip to find little evidence of the entire process.   A very complete and professional service. 
I highly recommend Western Exterminator Company, both for their excellent service, but also for the extra attention and personal service they provided during this job. 

I use them for an inspection and to get rid of the termites.

They are extremely good. I am on a contract with them. They come out on a data based system. They are proactive. If we ever have a problem they make sure they fix them, they come back and check and they just do a great job.

They are doing a good job for us.

They did not find anything. They were great, it was positive. They did a basic inspection for free. When they showed up they said they couldn't do what I had called for.

They always kill the rats and take them away. They do that very nicely and respond very quickly when I have an issue. We have the same technician each time. Most of the maintenance is outside, but they respond quickly if the problem spreads beyond that. We have not had an infestation in 2 years so they have really gotten it under control. They just show up and I might not know exactly when, but I have no complaints about that. I am perfectly satisfied and willing to pay their price. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

When the technician came out and inspected the area, he told me that he did not find any termites. I appreciated that he was honest with me and did not charge me for anything. He was very nice and professional, and I would call them back if I ever had an actual problem.

They wanted to charge me $8000 to repair an area of my house that I got repaired for two thousand by somebody else. They told me I had termites where I didn't have termites. They missed one place where they were located. They had me tear my garage apart because they insisted the termites were in there but there weren't any.

WESTERN EXTERMINATORS DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY COME REGULARLY EACH MONTH. THEY DON'T MISS AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH. WE HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN SO THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE CHEMICALS.

THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION WITH SKILLED PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. MY 'BUG GUY' IS VERY HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND AN ALL AROUND NICE GUY. HE RESPONDS QUICKLY WHEN I HAVE ADDITIONAL NEEDS.

THE WORKER CAME ON TIME, BUT ONLY MY MOTHER AND HER CARETAKER WERE AT HOME. HE GAVE A CURSORY OVERVIEW OF THE HOUSE AND REPORTED ON APPARENT DEFICIENCIES. HOWEVER, HE DID NOT SEEM TO BE VERY THOROUGH IN HIS INSPECTING, NOR VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS MANNER.
