To continue from the other entry: The Window Broker installed the wrong colored vinyl windows and when I immediately contacted the Window Broker no one responded. Finally someone called and informed me it was my mistake and I would have to deal with it, eventhough I explained I had paperwork from The Window Broker confirming white was the color requested when the vinyl windows were ordered. I got nowhere after calling and writing letters and finally I reported The Window Broker to the Better Business Bureau which got The Window Broker's attention. Several weeks later the correct colored windows were installed. Also, I asked The Window Broker to install a lock on the slider, just as the previous windows had, but the new installed windows were not lined up to the locking mechanism, so no lock could be installed. I would never, never recommend The Window Broker. I am not a senior citizen, but even I got fooled by the price.
