It worked out really well. She explained how the trading process works. They buy, sell, and trade. You are able to build up a store credit. Everything was very neat and they are also selective in the quality that they accept for trade or sell. They are a small shop and the best thing about the ambiance and it is warm and cozy like book stores used to be. It has a great atmosphere. They have an excellent computer system and it would be the first place that I would go to before anyone else. She is really good at customer management and that says a lot to me and how it is ran.
