Scott called back within half an hour of the initial message I left, and made an appointment for the following Monday. My wife was home when he arrived, and told me later how the appointment went. She was very pleased at how Scott explained the problem, showed her how to dry out the unit, and clearly stated the costs. Scott had to order the part, but it arrived Wednesday and he showed up on Thursday to install the part. 15 minutes later, our 15 year old fridge is working as good as new! Thanks, Scott!

Fantastic experience! Scott (the owner) called me back right away to schedule service for the next day, and he was right on time--he even called to let me know he was on his way. After testing the washer, he knew exactly what was wrong (the overflow tank hose was clogged) and fixed it in no time. All in all, he was in and out within 30 minutes, and I was able to start a load of laundry right away. Scott's a good guy and a great find--he's got the expertise and know-how that only comes from years of experience. I'll be using his services from now on. Great job!!!

The service went great! He serviced it once before, last year, but didn't charge me because it was a minor fix, which is why I continued to use him. He is very honest and ethical. He is really good at what he does. He knows his products. I have recommended him to other people.
