Sharmila was the best thing to happen to us on this major home remodel and ADU addition. She was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects from an architect stand point and what is allowed and not allowed from the city. She was very patient with us as we had so many changes and her advice was spot on. She also was able to find us a contractor that was also great. Anything Sharmila touches turns to gold!!

She helped with my major interior remodeling of my home from design to finish in Dublin including managing city permits and inspections. Helped me to keep the process simple. I would highly recommend her as she acquires great skills and knowledge in design and architectural field.

Sharmila is wonderful. She couldn't be more helpful and she moved the project through really fast. I was amazed at how fast and hard she worked. I would recommend her to everyone. We were having a really hard time with another engineering firm and after four months we had gotten no where. Sharmila moved us thorough in less than a month.

Sharmila came recommended to us when we were ready to design and build a large cabana in our back yard. We met and let her know some of the ideas we had in mind. Sharmila has done similar projects in the past and was a wealth of knowledge in every step of the way, from the design to the amenities. Sharmila handled the drawing of the structural plan, application for permit, submitting plan to the city, etc. Throughout she was always on time and kept us updated on where we were in the process, very thorough. Sharmila is a true professional that was a pleasure to work with, we could not be happier with her and the design of our cabana.

To find someone who is a nice, easy going professional, knowledgeable in design and construction, good communication skills and down to earth person is difficult, however, Sharmila is all this... She is a motivated architect, designer, yet takes what the clients are looking to do and will provide her input as the progress and process continue forward throughout.
