IT WAS OKAY, BUT I BELIEVE THE TURNAROUND SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. FOR THE 2 HEELS, I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO GET MY BOOTS. I THOUGHT IT WAS A SIMPLE ENOUGH REPAIR THAT I COULD HAVE GONE TO THE NEARBY MALL AND COME BACK FOR THE SHOES AN HOUR LATER OR SO. THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER WASN'T RUDE OR ANYTHING, BUT HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NEED A LITTLE BIT OF IMPROVEMENT.
Description of Work: I CAME TO SHOE STOP SHOE REPAIR AND ALTERATION FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR. I ALWAYS SEE IT ON THE FREEWAY. I FINALLY FOUND THE NEED TO GO WHEN I NOTICED THE HEELS OF MY BOOTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
