What was noted on the contract and discussed verbally sounded good. However, the job, promised to be completed in a timely manner, ended up taking about 4 weeks. During this period, there were at least 9 no-shows. On days when worker(s) did show, they'd come late and, on a few occasions, performed less than an hour's worth of work. Meantime, half the money was requested at the start, and another 25% requested 2 days after work began (supposedly for materials, which were actually not delivered until 10 days later). Requests to finish the job promptly were met with a variety of excuses, and deadlines were continually pushed out. And the quality of the work? The sod has gaps large enough that the lawn has lines across it. A leak found in the sprinkler system pipes was initially met with reluctance to repair. Keystone blocks do not interlock as commissioned, and are sparse and randomly placed (this will need to be redone; by someone else). Initially had to request clean up of work area.
