Ivan sent proposal promptly and showed up on time. He did the work as promised and cleaned up the are where he worked!

The price of the service was a bit pricy but well worth the cost. The contractor was on time. The worksite was always clean. I would hire again for my next project.

He did a very good job at our home. I have some small handy man service and big one is kitchen faucet installation. I highly recommend Ivan for any kind of handyman service at your hone. He is very patient and cooperative, asked reasonable Price for his service. Very professional

Ivan Matta and his wife were outstanding in totally refurbishing the kitchen cabinet underneath the sink after years of water leaks that damaged and dry rotted wood. They restored it to good condition, hard working.2 other quotes were $700 & $800. They did work for just $430, and great people too. 5 Stars!!!

Ivan & Martha repaired the drywall in my bedroom, bathroom and vanity area. The texturing and painting were beautifully done. Ivan also put tile flooring in my bathroom and it turned out so nice! They charged a fair price and were so nice to work with. I look forward to working with them for my next project!

was late both days working the job, wasn't really sure the job would be done.....pretty uncomfortable.

We hired Ivan because he really appeared to know what he was doing. When he described how he would go about our kitchen ceiling repair project he was spot on. So much that we hired him for other extra handy projects we had around the house, including relocating electric outlet, moving an exterior water faucet, fixing some ceiling LED lights partially falling of the ceiling cans, and even replacing our front door. Ivan showed up to do the work with his wife. He said he would finish 3 jobs that day by 5-6 pm. When I had to leave the house in the middle of the afternoon he seemed to be making good progress so I trusted that would be the case. Everything was looking right at that point, so I made the mistake of paying him for unfinished work. It just went down hill from there. When I got home by 7 pm, the ceiling wan't done, and in his rush to get it done he ruined part of the last layer of mud he had applied. he also informed me he was not able to fix the ceiling lights. He then promised to finish the ceiling work and other jobs when our front door came in for installation. The next day in daylight, we noticed several things: the faucet and electric outlet he moved where not aligned as we had discussed, he painted over kitchen light fixtures, and they were sloppy: his wife had no problem mixing mud and spilling over our brand new landscape lava rock leaving part of it partially white, and he while doing the electric work he stepped on one of our new plants partially killing it. The cleaning of our kitchen after mud and sanding was very mediocre. We had to clean up our kitchen the following day before we could start cooking. I called and asked he come next day to at least fix the alignment issue of the faucet and electric box because we had painting of that area scheduled that same week. He came back and fixed it, but this time after he left we notice the electric outlet was not longer working. Once I informed him our front door was delayed and we would not wait for the jobs to be completed, he committed to coming back to fix and restart jobs on a Wednesday. He never showed up or contacted me to say he wouldn't. I contacted him in the afternoon and that's when he brought up he mistakenly double booked himself. I also mentioned since he really didn't fix the ceiling lights I was going to need a refund for that (not something I think he would've brought up himself). He committed to showing up on Friday at 9 am. He showed up, except this time he forgot the mud needed to do the work, but at least he fixed the electric outlet before he left, supposedly to get the mud and return by 1 pm (not sure why it would take that long for him to go get mud and return). By 2:30 pm he texted to inform us he was delayed in another job (which he decided to fit in that same day without telling us) and would not be at our house until 6 pm. At that point we'd had enough. I asked he refund us for the unfinished work but he refused and asked to come back. My husband

The work was done quickly and expertly with satisfying results. He conducted himself professionally and courteously.

Martha's House Cleaning does great work but service Tech did not finish job.
