Was up front about possibilities, but repair was the less expensive problem. Was polite, efficient, and thorough.

Rudy intentionally (?) misdiagnosed the problem in our A/C unit which flipped the breaker frequently. He recommended replacement of the compressor. Eventually we got a new compressor under warranty which was sent to him but he lost it. Another A/C repair guy looked at the unit and in 20 minutes determined that there was nothing wrong with the unit but the breakers were worn out (and dangerous). The breakers were replaced and the unit has been working flawlessly
