It went well.

Plumbing Guys gave me an estimate over the phone, and fit me in the same day I called, and replaced the wax ring. They also accepted my Angie's List coupon.

Overall - fair Price - lousy: $250 to replace a water filter. not install. replace. I happen to be disabled, so can't do it myself. Please note: this review is heavily influenced by the fact that $250 price tag came with my expectation of perfection. Quality - fair: Roman came by. Very nice courteous person. Friendly and easy-going. The main issue I had was a misunderstanding about the water filter inlet. There was a warning in English/Spanish on a red paper pointing out that the new water filter, although same brand/make as the previous one, had the inlet at the bottom, whereas the old one had it at top. Also both the old and the new water filter had the inlet correctly labeled. When installing a pressure valve I noticed that Roman was planning to install the valve on the new outlet ( instead of inlet ), due to the inlet not being in the expected location (relative to the old filter). I brought it to Roman's attention, who promptly realized and correctly installed the pressure valve. I can understand missing the red paper (It was in the box), but not the properly labeled inlet, the label being right next to the inlet, hard to miss. At $250 I guess I expect no whoops moments :) Responsiveness/Punctuality - good. I called at about 11:30a and Roman came at about 1:00p. There was one issue I had, Roman had to wait for a set of tools for a different job he had in the area, which is perfectly fine, but I would have preferred some transparency, as Roman estimated he would be on site in 20 minutes but instead he was a bit late (~ 1hr) due to waiting for his connection, which once again it's fine, but it would be nice to have transparency and proactively let me know. I had to actually call him to learn about the reason for his delay. Once again $250 price that comes with the expectation of perfection :) Professionalism - good. Other than the almost whoops moment, it was very good. To recap: if not for the extremely high price tag (in my opinion), my review would have been more forgiving, but $250 price tag came with the expectation of perfection.

I am very pleased! Wally the owner went above and beyond what I expected to ensure my happiness... thank you Wally! I am a real customer, and a very hard critic! If I wasn't happy with this company trust and believe I would have said so... However, I would use this company again, and I would highly recommend this company To a family member or friend! They did an excellent job. They cleaned up the mess afterwards too. They even bleached the tub.
