Terrible. Initially he showed up to put in the windows on a date that we did not agree upon. Once we were there together, he promised to gaurantee his work for life. He said he would come back to fix anything needing work, he promised to clean up after himself and his helper, he said he would provide a receipt that i could use for tax purposes since the windows would save energy. what actually happened? He never gave me the reciept, I've asked for it 5 times now. He made 2 appointments to replace a screen that broke the first week, and has blown me off both times, as I was at home waiting for him. Cheaply made plastic screen. He never cleaned up after himself. I am still cleaning up sawdust all over the house and nails, and boards with nails in them around the yard where he dropped them. He needed some extra wood for a few windows and he used some expensive cedar wood I had there for a fencing project I have been slowly buying the wood for. he never asked, just used it. I am so dissappointed in his job and professionalism. I should have gone with a more expensive priced, more established company on Angieslist...I learned a valuable lesson...
