My garage door wouldn't close on a number of occasions. When I finally got it to close, it wouldn't open. I called OnTime. Saed responded immediately and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and took time to show me what went wrong. He worked on the door for hours, replaced many parts, and tuned it up. I found him competent and professional.
