So friend of mine told me about Nationwide Fine Homes and we wanted to make an appointment and talk to them and see if they can give us a good deal. We got a meeting with them and I was still hesitating to go with them since I wanted to shop little bit more and see if we can end up with even a cheaper price. The staff really went over and beyond and got us a home loan for an amazing price which we were very happy about.
They even had a huge selection of houses they could have offered us however since we already put the other realtor through so much and he found the house for us. So we bought the house from him but our loan we did through Nationwide which we are very happy about.

I recently purchased a 2 bedroom house for my family. We were first time buyers so we know that it  will be good for us since we  will put less down. With big help of Nationwide Fine Homes we were able to save even more as they offered us the best interest rate compared to other banks and lenders. Actually, couple of banks did not even approve us due to some paper work requirements that we did not meet. The loan completed within 30 days as promised. We are so happy to have our own home, and I thank Nationwide Fine Homes for helping with the process.
