The best part was the eventual quality of the paint job. The worst part was the customer service. They painted the car and they missed doing body work on the bumper. They were trying to talk us into paying for the job and taking the car with a verbal promise that they would fix it, which we did not take them up on. They had to go back and fix the bumper and repaint that. It took them an extra week.
