The flush lever on our wall-mounted toilet no longer worked. Luis replaced the valve and figured out why it didn't work. In the process he discovered that a second toilet was cracked (that's why it leaked), removed it from the wall, carried it out to the driveway, and advised us about getting a replacement. We've had trouble with these toilets in the past, and have had some very negative experiences with other plumbers. Luis worked until he'd figured out the problem and phoned a couple of times later to verify that everything was still working OK. We'll certainly have him back to install the new toilet after we've decided what we want.
