Excellent service from the time I called the office explained the procedure did not try to offer me any other services other than what I needed. Said they could come out maybe same day she would check schedule and call me back. Received call back in a short time and said that an exterminator would be out within the hour. How great is that. Dom came out assessed the situation put on his bee suit and went after the yellow jackets. Boy were they mad but they came out of their nest fast. Dom answered all y question the work is warrantied for 30 days. Great service will use again if need be. Also advised to close up open area under the eave with caulking to prevent reoccurrence of another yellow jacket next.

I've been struggling with what I thought were bug bites, and called this company on 12/19/11 to ask questions. Both John and Steve were incredibly helpful: patient while I explained my concerns and walking me through a brief visual inspection. When that--thankfully--proved negative, we scheduled an appointment for the next day(!), David arrived on time and was the consummate professional: friendly, reassuring, and able to explain his actions in layman's terms. He inspected the bedroom, living room, study, and attic. He then inspected outside for bird nests. No evidence of bug activity was found, and David left traps for me to monitor.

A great experience during a worrisome time.
